Parents, did you know that if you wish to volunteer on school field trips there are certain forms that need to be filled out before you can participate?
The Rolling River School Division requires all volunteers for extracurricular activities complete the following forms:

**A Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector check. This form is available from the RCMP office or Brandon Police Service (if you reside in Brandon). Inform them that you will be volunteering at Forrest Elementary School bring this letter for confirmation, fill out the form and send it to the school.
AND THE FOLLOWING 3 FORMS:

**A Child Abuse Registry Check please complete and return to Forrest Elementary School, bring with you 2 pieces of ID (as per section B 6).

**RRSD Employee Print and Digital Media Release Form must be completed by all school volunteers.

**RRSD Employee Pledge of Confidentiality must be completed by all school volunteers.

These forms, once completed, must be brought directly to the school.

If you wish to help out on class field trips, please stop by the school to get the appropriate paperwork to fill out and return it back to the school as soon as possible. The process of getting all forms processed can take anywhere from 4-6 weeks or more!!!!
