This year we have again chosen to fundraise with Mom’s Pantry!  
Mom’s offers a diverse, wholesome product range that is sure to offer something for everyone. Our most important partner in achieving our Fundraising goal is you, funds raised are used to offset field trips and transportation expenses for all students throughout the year.

Orders may be placed one of two ways- as listed to the right

All orders must be handed in to the school or placed online by Thursday October 31^st 

Our anticipated delivery/pick up date is Thursday November 21^st   - Parent /Teacher interview evening -a note will be sent home confirming date and time for pick up. Please keep in mind all orders placed must be picked up in the allotted time, as we do not have a freezer to keep items.

You have the option of placing your order online at  https://www.momspantry.ca/  
Click on SHOP NOW then at checkout use the
Order Number 298064 and Group Passcode 37004
–for reference, this is printed on the front of your blue order forms.
Simply add items to cart, and checkout.
If you choose this option you will also be required to pay for your purchase at the same time (using either Mastercard, VISA, AmEx, or Interac Online).
If you do not complete the entire payment process, the order will not be submitted.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail once the order has been finalized.
If you order online DO NOT submit a blue order form.

Ensure that the CUSTOMER & SELLER (STUDENT NAME) is written clearly on the front of the order form. This is how the product will be labelled and it ensures accurate reporting.

When filling out the blue form- please fill out quantity on line to left of Code and item and the total line at right as well as column and page totals. On front page please ensure that total $ amount and total number of items ordered is completed.

Payment for each individual order can be made by cheque -payable to Forrest Elementary or credit card by calling Mom’s Pantry at 1.800.350.MOMS (6667).

Due to the large number of orders for processing we will no longer accept cash as payment.
