Our Jump Rope for Heart Event is being held this Friday afternoon June 2nd. Our fundraising goal is $2000 and there are 3 ways to fundraise if you want to participate.
1. Register Online - Visit jumpropeforheart.ca and click "Register" and search for our school's name. You can ask family and friends to help support the Jump Rope for Heart Event.
Families can also make a family donation by sending a cheque (to Forrest Elementary) or cash to the school. The family donation pledge form was on the letter that was sent home in early May.
2. Prize Raffle - Jump Rope for Heart gave us a Knee Hockey Water Slide so we are going to raffle it off.
3. FUNraising Dunk a Teacher - You can win a chance to dunk Mr.Stiles, Mrs. Hildebrand, Mrs. Topham or Patrick and Elia who are members of the Jump Rope Event Planning Team.
Tickets will be $2 each or 3 for $5 and you can choose to put your ticket into any of the buckets (raffle or choose the person you would like to dunk). Tickets will be sold Wednesday, Thursday and Friday at 1st recess.
Everyone received a paper heart with the letter that went home in early May. Have your family fill in the names of who you are jumping for and bring them back to school to put on our Jump Rope for Heart Wall in the gym.

On Jump Rope Day we will be outside in the afternoon having fun with jump ropes and giving our hearts a workout! We will end the day with the raffle draw and the Dunking Event. Parents/Guardians are welcome to join us.
